How do I access my digital files on a desktop computer

Open the downloaded folder. The name will usually end with .zip.

Select Extract all.

When extraction is complete, a new folder will appear with the MP3 files.

You can then copy and paste the album anywhere you like, including to your phone or another device.
How do I access my digital files on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad)
iOS devices do not allow direct downloading of music files. To access your files, first download them to a desktop computer. After the download is complete, transfer the files to your iOS device through your preferred method such as AirDrop, Finder, or iTunes. Thank you for your patience with this process.
How do I access my digital files on an Android phone

Open the link provided with your purchase and select Download.

Locate the downloaded folder and select Extract all.

After extraction, a new folder will appear containing the files in MP3 format.

Open the folder and listen through your device’s music app.
Can I get a refund on my digital music purchase
Digital music purchases are final. Once a digital item has been delivered through download or streaming, the sale is considered complete.
